About
I’m Tracey Cuthbertson, an interior designer based in Scotland, working with short-term-let hosts, property investors and homeowners who want spaces that feel welcoming, considered and easy to live with.
My work focuses on layout, furniture, colour and styling — the elements that have the biggest impact on how a space looks and feels. I design interiors that photograph beautifully, function well day to day, and feel comfortable and timeless rather than over-designed.
Much of my work is with short-term-let properties, where good design needs to work hard. I balance visual appeal with practicality, creating spaces that guests enjoy staying in and hosts find easy to manage.
I work in a calm, collaborative way, offering clear guidance and thoughtful solutions without unnecessary complexity. Projects can be delivered in person or remotely, depending on the space and what’s needed.

I specialise in furniture-led design and room planning rather than structural renovation, allowing projects to move forward smoothly and efficiently.
